Rosecliff / Newport, RI
These two wanted to keep most of their wedding private, but I’m happy they let me share some of their beautiful day. It started at a seaside room at Castle Hill Inn with a relaxed morning of hair and makeup. The last few daytime visitors at Rosecliff Mansion left as we were arriving for an and afternoon of portraits. The mostly overcast day cleared up, revealing a strong sunbeam that cast directly into the bridal suit for a few dramatic portraits, and a gorgeous evening for the outdoor ceremony.
The ballroom was transformed with three long, communal tables for family style dinner and an evening of dancing - complete with a belly dancer.
